Telephone Interpreting

There will always be situations when telephone interpreting is preferable to face-to-face interpretation services, usually for reasons of urgency, distance or confidentiality.

In a hurry? Prestige Network can provide a telephone interpreter almost immediately, which makes this a useful option whilst you are waiting for an interpreter to arrive with you onsite. We can connect you to an interpreter in less than 60 seconds!

Telephone interpreting is ideal for use when working with overseas clients or when the situation doesn’t necessitate an onsite interpreter. We can provide a 24 hour telephone interpretation service when required and, of course, we take considerations such as time difference into account when scheduling calls.

Our technology can allow up to 15 people on a call. We can have the whole proceedings recorded and delivered to you electronically as a .wav file or any other audio format.

Prestige Network interpreters are not only native speakers, but are also trained to detect subtle nuances in speech patterns and other language indicators, in order to provide the highest possible levels of service to our clients.
