Our client, a leading player in the Food and manufacturing Industry has the challenge of welcoming , on-boarding and inducting a group of Bulgarian workers this week under the skilled worker Visa (EUSS) arrangement. The communication challenges have included confirming arrival dates , assisting with the visa and entry documentation, settling the teams into their accommodation, and importantly onboarding into the business including induction and Health and Safety Training.
Prestige Network worked in partnership with the Client’s Training team to ensure that the Training Materials are all translated into the team’s native language, and that the trainer speaker notes are in Bulgarian as well.
Our Project Management team oversaw this and our professional translation team delivered in time on Friday, ahead of schedule.
To support the Trainer, our Interpreting Manager selected the right skill-set Interpreter for a training session on Friday as a “Train the Trainer” session, and they will be using the translated speaker notes and training material work with the Trainer to deliver the course to the new workers tomorrow, and next week on scheduled Induction days.
